Solar Resources Inc.’s (SRI) ideals as a developer and values that are deeply rooted in a unified corporate mission and vision. Solar, established in 1987, has been providing value-for-money residential subdivisions in emerging municipalities and cities conveniently close to Metro Manila.
Each company project is distinct in terms of style and function. The first project was the highly successful Metrogate Subdivision in Dasmariñas, Cavite, a joint venture with Moldex Realty Company. After completing this first project, Solar Resources, Inc. ventured into subdivision development and housing on its own.
Every development has been conceptualized to be a complete, sustainable, and secure community for quality living conditions. Providing for each family’s needs are the centralized water supply, Meralco system, concrete roads, curbs, gutters, underground drainage system, and amenities like a basketball court, clubhouse, parks, playground, picnic areas, and swimming pools on selected projects. Solar’s properties offer quick access to commercial and recreational areas, business centers, churches, schools, and transport systems.

In 2003, Solar was presented with the Best Developer Award (Big Developer Category) by the Home Development Mutual Fund during its annual
“Kabalikat Pabahay Program.”
In 2021, Dot Property Philippines Awards returned to celebrate the resilience of the property sector and awarded Las Brisas at Tierra Del Sol with the
“Best Investment Property in South Luzon” recognition.
In October 2022, Solar Resources Inc. was awarded by Asia’s Pinnacle Awards as
“Most Aspiring and Committed Developer of the Year”.
