October 11, 2023 – Solar Resources Inc. and JJM Construction Company Inc. broke ground to start the construction of the North Orchard Residences Clubhouse. This event is one of the highlights of the fourth quarter of 2023. North Orchard Residences Clubhouse is a 336 sqm multi-purpose clubhouse located in the heart of the development. Its amenities include a pool area, playground, picnic grounds, and a man-made lagoon. The clubhouse’s design is derived from a sailboat overlooking a calm body of water. The irregular shape of the structure, along with its steel and glass elements, provides a striking and lasting impact on patrons and visitors. The adjacent lagoon, on the other hand, offers a calming influence to guests during gatherings and events. JJM Construction’s head of the company, Mr. Jaime J. Mendoza, and their Project Manager, Mr. Raffy Mendoza, attended the groundbreaking ceremony. Together with JJM Construction Inc., we set our sights next on the groundbreaking of the playground, swimming pool, picnic grounds, and soccer field.
